We currently do not offer the option to select a specific delivery date. However, we aim to dispatch all orders for next-day delivery where possible. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on courier availability and location.
All cakes are securely packaged in protective, food-safe boxes designed to keep them fresh and intact during transport.
Our cakes are baked fresh to order and are best enjoyed within 3–5 days of delivery. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; refrigeration is not recommended unless specified.
Yes - most of our cakes can be frozen for up to 3 months. Wrap them tightly in cling film and place them in an airtight container. Defrost fully before serving.

Yes — custom or large orders typically require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due before delivery or collection.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal and other secure online payment options.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations or amendments may not be possible as production may have begun.
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and your order number. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately. We’ll track your parcel with the courier and keep you informed.
Yes — a digital receipt is emailed to you after purchase. If you need a VAT invoice, please contact us and we’ll send one.
