Because all of our products are freshly baked to order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. This ensures the highest quality and safety of our baked goods.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll be more than happy to put things right, whether that’s a replacement or another suitable solution.
Please note:
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled if baking has already begun.
Delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds.
