Every order is baked fresh to order to ensure the highest quality. Orders are dispatched within 2 days of being placed, with next working day delivery once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll be more than happy to put things right, whether that’s a replacement or another suitable solution.
